At SSFT we teach safety, knowledge and confident use of firearms by time-tested, hands-on techniques.

We focus on each student’s individual needs while building their personal skills.

We do this through positive assessment and evaluation throughout the program. Classes are kept small so each student can receive personal attention and instruction. These techniques produce a well trained, qualified and confident graduate.

Upon completion students receive NRA certification for First Steps, Firearm Safety, Personal Protection in the Home and Personal Protection Outside the Home.

Upon completion of the NRA Certified Pistol Course students also receive the Massachusetts State Police Certificate necessary to obtain a license to carry a concealed weapon from their local issuing authority.
